The Chamber of Corinth since 2004 founded the Civil Non-Profit Company under the name “Development Chamber of Corinth” which is an important and flexible tool for the implementation of all the actions of the Chamber.
The objectives of the company according to the articles of association are public benefit and specifically include:

a. The development of information and communication technologies,
b. The provision of training
c. The implementation of any form of co-financed programs
d. The support of development actions, business activities,
as well as the promotion of business innovation and extroversion.

The activities of the company are clearly distinguished from the responsibilities of public law, exercised by the organizational units of the Chambers.

For the fulfillment of its objectives, the company uses all appropriate means that leads to the realization of the pursued objectives.

Specifically, to date, Development implements actions such as:
1. Provision of support services to SMEs of all sectors and sectors of manufacturing, trade, tourism, other services and professionals.
2. The operation of the Vocational Training Center, the preparation, organization, management and implementation of education and training programs, seminars and scientific or business conferences for the development of human resources.
3. Preparation, implementation, participation, implementation and management of programmes originating from the European Union or other international organizations, as well as the independent management of resources related to them.
4. General training of the business world, as well as chamber executives, preparation and training of unemployed young people for the development of successful business activity. In addition, the placement of unemployed people in internships in businesses in the prefecture, in the context of implementing training programs.
5. Elaboration, management and implementation of business and other programs of the European Union, in the fields of business administration, market research, industrial design, transfer of technology and know-how and other subjects to assist the development of regions, businesses and especially SMEs. The implementation of development interventions as well as the utilization of any program of Scientific, Business and Economic cooperation with the EU and third countries.
6. Organization of special conferences and seminars of cultural, social, environmental or economic character, either independently or with domestic or foreign bodies.
7. The provision of technical and advisory support to the activity of the Chamber of Corinth, especially in matters of organization and systematization of the relations of the services with its members, as well as any other action that serves the chamber objectives.

As a Center for Lifelong Learning (ΚεΔιΒιΜ) 2 by EOPPEP (Special Code Number 23377-12) and ISO 9001:2015, ISO IEC 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019 with Certification Fields: “Planning, Design and Maturation, Implementation, Monitoring and Management of Co-funded Projects, – Operation of a Lifelong Learning Center Level 2 (ΚεΔιΒιΜ 2), continuing vocational training and implementation of distance training” and
has the necessary proof of compliance with the GDPR Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
